Kumaraswamy World

There has been a lot of discussion of minimum or basic incomes lately, for example, following recent Finnish initiatives.

But we should also have a maximum income to accompany this. Income should follow a Kumaraswamy Distribution between a minimum and maximum level with most wealth distributed in the middle income bracket, rather than an exponential allocating obscene levels of wealth to the top 1%. Some suitable ratio of maximum to minimum could be set, for example, 5:1.

Individuals can still earn more than the maximum, they simply can't dispose of that income in a manner than exclusively benefits themselves. Therefore those incapable of ambitions higher than the mere accumulation of wealth can aspire to civic benevolence and philanthropy.
